The Enhance Experience
In your initial appointment, I always like to begin with a chat to find out your concerns, assess and consider any areas of restriction or tension, and gain your consent for which areas to work on. I will offer advice on what I think would bring the most benefit to you in the treatment, however if you'd like to modify anything, feel welcome to let me know.
I can use different modalities such as deep tissue, myofascial cupping, hot stone therapy, trigger point therapy, and assisted stretching to deliver the best results.
I always adjust the pressure to suit your tolerance level, we can have the music on or off, we can chat or be silent, you are welcome to have more towels over you, choose what areas you are happy to have massaged, and be free to vent, release emotion, or give as little as possible.
At the end of the day, the treatment is all about you!

Sports Massage
Focuses on providing a specific and targeted treatment to the muscles most used for a particular sport. Often a combination of techniques are used to improve range of motion, flexibility, and performance.

Breathwork (coming soon!)
Assists in identifying dysfunctional breathing patterns that can lead to chronic pain in the neck, back and shoulders, anxiety, emotional stress, fatigue, and dizziness, among others. We can then use awareness strategies and various exercises to correct the dysfunction.
