Hey there! I'm Kristen! My philosophy as a remedial massage therapist is to make sure everyone leaves the treatment room feeling better than when they came in. No one person is the same - physically and emotionally - which is why I always tailor my treatments to suit every individual client.

My approach involves giving the client space to unwind and offload, and I aim to always help them find their way into a place where they can get the most benefit from the treatment.

I have also completed further training in functional and therapeutic breathwork which I'm extremely passionate about, as this has helped me immensely in my own journey with anxiety.

My passion for bodywork and nervous system regulation means the client will always come in to a safe and welcoming space.
