Hey there! I'm Kristen! My philosophy as a remedial massage therapist is to make sure everyone leaves the treatment room feeling better than when they came in. No one person is the same - physically and emotionally - which is why I always tailor my treatments to suit every individual client.

My approach involves giving the client space to unwind and offload, and I aim to always help them find their way into a place where they can get the most benefit from the treatment.​
